Courses in Digital Animation


The Digital Animation concentration provides students with global awareness of digital animation from technical, and non-technical perspectives; allows experiences in media design and content creation; and fosters aesthetic discrimination. The concentration empowers the student with employable skills across many digital media communication areas such as television production, computer graphics, digital compositing, CD-ROM and DVD authoring, webmastering, and digital media entrepreneurship.

Requirements

Students must take the following courses in addition to the General Education Requirements and one (1) minor concentration to complete the Digital Animation degree requirements:

Digital Animation Requirements (18 hours)

  • EMC 3040 Electronic Graphics for Television

Electronic Media Requirements (9 hours)

Mass Communication Core Requirements (9 hours)
